Can I have a private viewing?

Yes, we highly recommend it! All inspections to view the Hideaway are by appointment.
Appointments are available when we don’t have a function during these times; 10am-6pm Wed & Thurs, 10am-4pm Fri or 10am-2pm on Saturdays.

Is my date available ?

Please contact us directly to check if your date is available. If you have indicated a chosen date in your package request, we will confirm if this is available or not.
NOTE: We block out our accommodation rooms for Fridays & Saturdays for approximately 1 year in advance to ensure that they are available for our wedding clients. Therefore rooms for these days will show as unavailable on our accommodation calendar regardless of whether there is already a booking for that date or not.

What are your minimum/maximum guest numbers?

A minimum of 30 adult guests are required for Monday to Thursday weddings.
A minimum of 50 adult guests are required for all Friday, Saturday & Sunday weddings.
Please contact us for minimum guest numbers for other functions. Maximums are dependant on many other factors and are discussed individually.

Is accommodation included?

Our accommodation rooms are included in the package price for the night of your wedding. We can accommodate up to fourteen guests, including the Honeymoon Suite for the bride and groom.
Check in is from 2pm and checkout is by 10am.

Can I get ready at the Hideaway?

In order to get ready at the Hideaway, you would need to book accommodation for the night prior to your wedding, as checkin is from 2pm. For Saturday and Sunday weddings, we are unable to confirm whether accommodation for the night prior is available until approx. eight weeks before your wedding date.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No, Beerwah Hideaway is a licenced venue. All alcohol must be purchased from Beerwah Hideaway and be consumed within the licenced areas. BYO alcohol is strictly prohibited and we recommend that this is noted on invitations.

Can we provide our own catering?

No, Beerwah Hideaway has a fully licenced commercial kitchen.
External catering, including food trucks are not permitted.

Can my wedding cake be homemade?

Local health legislation requires all food, including wedding cakes, to be prepared in a licenced kitchen and we may request to sight such certification.

Is there a wet weather option ?

Yes, the undercover portico adjacent to our reception office is our wet weather option. Our function room can also be rearranged for wet weather option.

What are your closing times?

Sunday to Thursday Weddings: 10:00pm finish
Friday & Saturday Weddings: 11:00pm finish

Sunday to Thursday Functions: 8:30pm finish (unless all accom. is booked for function)
Friday & Saturday Functions: 9:30pm finish (unless all accom. is booked for function)
